What you will do:

  • Planning, organizing, managing & executing the content deliverables, working with other leads to ensure quality output from brief to delivery
  • Produce and maintain detailed and robust schedules/timing plans
  • Stay on top of changes to project scope, schedule, and unforeseen costs at any stage of projects.
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish, applying attention to detail and leaving no stones unturned.
  • Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews, and ensure the right people are seeing the right things before it leaves the company
  • Ensure that delivery momentum is maintained by solving problems, unblocking issues and managing risks and dependencies so that work is not held up
  • Identify and foresee upcoming project challenges before problems surface. And if they do, mitigate and provide solutions in a timely fashion
  • Maintain vendor and freelance relationships, ensuring 3rd party’s delivery of projects on brief, on time, to budget, maintaining the highest possible quality
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the Client Services or Sales team to ensure nothing is lost in translation and that no details are missed
  • Track and optimize campaign metrics and performance across our social channels
  • Drive commercial profitability of projects by ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
  • Responsible for closing of jobs with the finance team in a timely fashion

The successful candidate should have:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience from either a fast-paced creative, digital or social media agency.
  • Good to have a record of working with managing multiple projects at once
  • Solid scoping, timelines and SOWs are essential
  • Experience with working with internal teams and excellent communication skills
  • Has a good grasp of timelines required for different types of production, ranging from short form videos, articles, including the creation and ideation process
