Handling of tenders and projects.
- Submission of payment claims to the Employer.
- Submission of variation cost towards finalizing of the Main Contract Final Account.
- Procurement of sub-contractors for the project, including but not limited to preparation of tender documents, cost comparison, tender interviews and finalizing for Management’s approval.
- Sub-contract administration including but not limited to sub-contract documents, payment, variations, final account settlement.
- Provide assistance on the project cost control management.
- Guiding the quantity surveyors on procedure of works.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Contracts & QS, Project Manager/Director.
