The Boat Shop Asia provides self-drive boat charters to PPCDL holders in Singapore. This role is for a operations lead who will manage the day to day operations of the company which will include:
1. Charter kickoff
2. Boat cleaning and maintenance
3. Boat delivery and commissioning
4. Customer management
5. Rescue and recovery of boats
6. Planning and scheduling
7. Training management
The successful applicant will manage a team of customer experience representatives to deliver our services to our clients and boat owners.
It is preferable that the applicant has a PPCDL and has some boating experience and has excellent communication skills.
