Administrative Associate
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our wealth management team. You will be reporting to one of our wealth management teams and be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of wealth managers, which includes managing documents, scheduling calendars, data entry, and general administration. If you possess the necessary skills and qualifications, and are committed to providing exceptional administrative support, we would love to hear from you.
How you can add value:
- Assist a team of wealth managers in managing documents for account opening, onboarding, KYC, and other tasks
- Review quarterly revenue reports and identify discrepancies
- Perform accurate data entry to record trades and other activities
- Collect, organize, and prepare expense claims
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Carry out other administrative support duties such as record keeping, arranging couriers, and other tasks as assigned
What you bring:
- A Diploma in Banking and Finance and/or 1 year of relevant experience in the financial industry or a MAS-regulated company is preferred
- A strong desire to learn, exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative support skills
- Preferred skills in office application software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with private banks’ e-Banking platforms and reports
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
