Hyphens Pharma is looking for a Sales Executive to support its growing business in the medical aesthetics field. The incumbent will report to the Sales Manager (Derms & Aesthetics) to achieve business goals.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetics market (such as skincare, skin supplement, injectables).
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively educate and influence clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.
Educational Engagement
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
- Provide educational materials and information to support the sales process.
Collaboration with Medical Professionals
- Work closely with medical professionals and clinics to promote our medical aesthetics solutions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and their benefits.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on market intelligence and sales performance.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the medical aesthetics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A team player coupled with creativity & resourcefulness.
