- Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
- Prepare drawing based on engineer requirement and authorities requirement
- Reviews engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans
- Explain drawing to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary
- Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
- Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Specialist Diploma or Training certification BIM
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
- Candidate with LTA projects drafting experience will be an advantage
- Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
