Admin Assistant

Eng Chuan Kong Soh

Job Responsibilities

  • 80 working hours per week (4hrs/day)
  • Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support;
  • Assist in inventory management, logistic support & co-ordination;
  • Any ad-hoc duties and support assigned by management;
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc;
  • Manage admin duties not limited to data entry, email, prepare monthly reports & issue of membership invoice, receipts, etc;
  • Handle mails/emails and phone calls;
  • Other general administrative works.

Requirement & Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE "N" Level
  • Part time position and retiree may apply
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook
  • Positive attitude, team player, committed, responsible
  • Bilingual – English and Chinese (able to communicate in Hokkien will have added advantage)
  • Able to work on evenings, weekends and public holidays ONLY when required
  • Preferably, with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in membership organisation
