Job Responsibilities
- 80 working hours per week (4hrs/day)
- Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support;
- Assist in inventory management, logistic support & co-ordination;
- Any ad-hoc duties and support assigned by management;
- Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc;
- Manage admin duties not limited to data entry, email, prepare monthly reports & issue of membership invoice, receipts, etc;
- Handle mails/emails and phone calls;
- Other general administrative works.
Requirement & Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "N" Level
- Part time position and retiree may apply
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook
- Positive attitude, team player, committed, responsible
- Bilingual – English and Chinese (able to communicate in Hokkien will have added advantage)
- Able to work on evenings, weekends and public holidays ONLY when required
- Preferably, with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in membership organisation
