Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of account
- Handle Payment (AP, payroll & claim) and Receipt (AR & income)
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- GST submission
- Petty cash payment
- Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal
- Some HR duties such as renewal / new application and insurance matters
Requirements:
- Min LCCI / CAT / Others with relevant experience
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in handling of full of accounts
- Able to learn HR duties - will be very minimum duties as the Co headcount only has 10 staff
- Experience in AutoCount Accounting Software & Infotech is a plus
