Job Description - What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze processes in various segments of the global supply chain, propose and implement improvements.
- Develop appropriate data models, and provide plans for various business types such as procurement, production, sea freight, warehousing, and distribution.
- Design systematic supply chain indicators and dashboards, and push various anomalies and handling suggestions to relevant departments.
- Participate in various types of cross-departmental projects, interfacing and completing related business needs with high quality.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to progress together.
- Develop and maintain necessary documentation, data, scripts, and programs for the job.
- Deeply explore and continuously learn the latest industry knowledge and integrate it into team work.
Qualifications - What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a renowned institution, majors in engineering or supply chain are preferred.
- Over 2 years of experience in the supply chain industry, with strong business understanding, high data and business acumen, and process-oriented thinking.
- Solid foundation in mathematical statistics, proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Passion for learning, exploring, and introducing new supply chain management methods, tools, and systems to the company.
- Integrity and honesty, with strong responsibility, innovative spirit, and ambition.
- Ability to communicate and maintain documentation in English.
- Preference for candidates with the following conditions or project experience:Python programming;
Analysis and formulation of supply and demand plans (S&OP/IBP);
Use of supply chain systems or optimization software (Kinaxis/Anaplan);
Participation in designing and developing low-code platforms.
