Job Description:
- Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement)
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for their requests
- Date entry for all procurement-related records, ensure timeline is met and project stays within budget
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Work out cost benefit analysis and be involved in price negotiation with suppliers
- Assist in creating statistical reports for management.
- Any other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
