1) Fulfil the request submit by user, which include below:
a. Customization on the workflow when requested by user
b. Adding new field and workflow in Inc / SR modules as and when needed
c. Adding new Service Request catalogue in SR module
d. Configure approval matrix in Service Request as and when needed
2) Handle any Incident pertaining to BMC Remedy, eg:
- Not able to access Remedy server
- Remedy server is down
3) Familiar with Activelink, Filter, SLM, Atrium CMDB in Remedy
4) Understand the Remedy architecture: Mid tier, SmartIT, App, DB
5) Perform Remedy Server version upgrade
