- Sales and Margin Targets:
- Develop effective sales strategies to meet monthly goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Build strong relationships with clients and address their needs for customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends through market research. - Customer Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and ensure prompt payment collection. - Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to guide decision-making. - Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns aligned with sales goals. - Team Leadership:
- Lead and train a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance to meet individual and collective sales goals. - Professional Representation and Culture:
- Represent the company professionally with a focus on the organization's values.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation, following the company's way for success throughout the organization.
Salary & Remuneration
Basic Salary $4,500 - $5,000
- Fixed Monthly Allowances $1,000+
- Quarterly Incentive (up to $1,500)

Job Requirements
- Open to Singaporeans/Locals only
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Proven Experience in retail FMCG sales or a related field.
- Must come from Food Industry Sales background
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
