Established luxury retailer seeks professional individual to join the dynamic group as Executive Assistant.
Budget for this role: S$6000
Responsibilities
- Preparation Reports, Travel Request, and Leave Forms for the Executive team members.
- Liaise with other Departments to organize and coordinate meetings, including conference room scheduling and set-up, sending Outlook meeting invitations including “Live Meeting” and coordination with attendees.
- Prepare and/or update reports, schedules, power-point presentations, and other meeting materials as directed. Take minutes of the meetings when requested.
- Arrange hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and welcome gifts for corporate visitors.
- Act as a central coordinating point for all affiliates in the region
- Co-ordinates and communicates with other departments on business activities including subsequent roll-out training logistics
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum tertiary education with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a multi-national company
- Excellent command of oral/written skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
- Highly organized with attention to details, deadlines, and quality of work
- Logical thinking, adaptable, and independent problem-solving skills
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to commence within short notice.
