Key Responsibilities
- Oversees building maintenance and inspections by conductiong regular building inspections
- Manages outsourced facility vendors and coordinates with departments for smooth operations.
- Assists in budgeting and procurement.
- Liaises with users for project requirements and supports building revamp projects.
- Ensures projects are on time and within budget.
- Tracks project milestones and maintains records.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management or Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in facilities management
- Working experience in facilities management or project management is a plus
- Familiar with government procurement policies will be advantageous
