Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to ensure highest standard of service delivery to our customers.
What Will You Do
- To monitor and respond to AR, incoming calls, emails, and written correspondences.
- Ensure highest standard of service delivery to our customers.
- To maintains confidentiality of the customers and data.
- To identifies and resolves customer issues and enquires received via calls, emails, and social media platforms, accurately within the committed turnaround time and in accordance with the company SOP standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- To use customer service and sales skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact.
- To provide new customer about the Company products and services.
- To resolve existing customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer, and completes accurately the necessary documentation of complaints, issues, and subsequent solutions.
- Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ transaction requests.
- Ensure knowledge is up to date by participating in individual and team trainings, meetings and reading the information posted in the Company’s management system.
- To keep abreast with current issues in the industry and competitors’ innovations.
What Do We Want
- At least an O Level or Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of Sales and administrative experience in related field.
- Have experience in Customer Service, calls and correspondents environment will be added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
