KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support and subject matter expertise to users, company employees, contractors, suppliers, or customers.
- Maintain professional channels of communication at all levels across the business to facilitate and meet expectations with optimum levels of quality and service delivery.
- To improve overall team performance through high levels of engagement, contribution, and individual development plans.
- Manage company information technology infrastructure and computer systems.
- Review the relevant metrics and provide specific inputs to the service team to account for the same while defining the monitoring and reporting framework.
- Identify the training requirements are provide inputs to individuals in the team to sustain and improve the team competency.
- Consolidate and review the available operations statistics and provide inputs, review the utilization to endure optimum utilization of data communication assets and that business needs are met.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
1. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business requirements within the ERP System
- Excellent Communication Skills, someone who is comfortable in making tough business decisions.
- Strong client/stakeholders’ relations with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams and external teams.
2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or Computer Engineering
3. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Management or any similar role
- Experience leading and developing a support team in a managed service environment
