- Assist and support sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction/smooth operation of the department.
- Answer phone enquiries and attend to walk in customers. Quote, where necessary, and pass enquiries to respective sales personnel.
- Assist in issuing necessary documents to process customers’ order.
- Compile catalogues, specifications, necessary documents for Sales Staff.
- Prepare and process all necessary documents for the smooth running off the operation.
- Prepare purchase orders for the products.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Expected to foster good and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues regardless of which team within the organisation they belong to.
- Courteous at all time with both internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
