Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compensation and benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and career development
  • Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and training hours
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and programmes
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires

To succeed in this HR Manager/Associate Manager role, you must be highly experienced in end to end HR related matters and detail oriented.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least five years of HR experience, preferably as a Regional HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications
  • Knowledgeable in local HR policies, compensation and benefits programmes
  • Finance experience supporting the invoicing and purchase order and purchase requisition documentation
