The successful candidate will be exposed to admin operations in an APAC setting while also focusing on daily Receptionist task
Overview
- Often the first point of contact for external visitors to Tungsten Automation
- Manage APJ travel desks such as record keeping, flight, and hotel booking.
- Supervise daily support operations and plan the most efficient administrative process
- Gatekeeper of office policy, ensure new hires/comers understand the office policy
- Take care of in-house IT hardware (laptops, monitor..etc) ensuring the equipment are well kept
The other task in general *Full breakdown will be given during interview*
- General Office Administration
- Facility / Site Management
- Basic finance duties such as matching batch file and filing of invoices
- Legal / Corporate Secretarial / Bank Administration with in-house or 3rd party vendor
Requirement
- Experience working in Administrative support would be great
- Good command of written and spoken English
- IT Savvy
- Ability to think out of the box and react to different situations
- Good organizational skills
- Able to work on-site (5 days work week)
This is a permanent role and not contractual.
Office location = Raffles Place
Monday to Friday / 830am to 530pm
Non-hybrid working arrangement due to frequent visitors to office.
