Main Job Description:
To take leading role in the development of new markets including but not limited to:
•Initial market research, feasibility study
•setup of legal entities and property research.
•If necessary, support in the engagement process with real estate agents, design companies and law firms.
•Validate the business plan of new stores, and support in the internal approval process for new store openings.
•Store operation management
•Menu design
•Production planning
•Supply chain planning
•Investment planning
•New staff hiring and training,
Manage the global store portfolio
•Monitoring the development status in subsidiaries in Asia, Europe and US.
•Maintain the centralized database on design specifications and capex investments and promote internal sharing of such information.
Requirements and skill :
•Excellent English communication skills
•Japanese language skill due to contact with Japanese stakeholders
•Degree or diploma holder
•Effective oral and written communication skills
•Negotiation skill
•Excellent project management skill
•About 3 years’ experience in related field, especially F&B and hospitality.
•Familiarity and passion for F&B and hospitality industries highly desirable.
•Frequent business trips required.
