Job Description:
Receptionist Role
• Welcome and direct visitors / guests
• Manage incoming phone calls for the office / directs all incoming calls to appropriate party
• Perform daily inspection of the office meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment are running effectively.
• Manage the visitor log
• Provide temporary and contractor badges for staffs / arranging of new employee badges with vendor.
• Coordinate courier and receiving of package and letters to and from the office / manage mails and courier documents
• Serves as liaison for all maintenance and repair issues between building management and outside vendors
• Purchase of stationaries and Pantry Items
• Printing of business cards
• Ordering of gifts, hampers and wreaths, etc
Sales Administrator Role
• Coordinate catering and other needs for on-site meetings
• Copying, scanning and filing documents
• Arrange travel schedules, reservations, itineraries and meeting agendas
• Handles an array of administrative activities.
• Arrange marketing materials for events.
• Raise Purchase Order in Coupa, Submit invoices for payment. Follow up for payment.
• Handle and provide administrative assistance to Sales team and management as required
• Ensure proper documentation, records and filing.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned (ad hoc)
Job Requirements: Min GCE O Level / Diploma in any course w min 3 yrs of relevant admin experience
