about the role
As a Senior Accountant/AFM, you will take on a pivotal role in our dynamic organization, proactively collaborating with partners to optimize working capital, preparing and delivering insightful financial reports, overseeing complete payroll functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will extend to managing statutory and client account audits, implementing internal processes for enhanced efficiency, and advising stakeholders on tax and regulatory compliance issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing the annual budget, supervising and coaching team members, and coordinating yearly statutory audits
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess an accounting or finance diploma and have at least 3 years of experience in the professional service industry. Client Accounting is a must. You are a strong communicator and are confident to liaise with members of the firm and stakeholders.
