JOB DESCRIPTION
The spray supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Supervision of the spray team. (attendance, discipline, work allocation, safety)
- Implementing the spray plan for the day
- Ensure accurate use of chemical measurements according to spraying plan.
- Ensure that all equipment are in working condition.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Over 3 years’ experience in similar field.
MUST HAVES
- Knowledge of pests and diseases;
- Product efficiency knowledge;
- Crop knowledge;
- Knowledge of beneficials;
- Knowledge of staff management.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work at night shift and split shift
