Job Scope
- Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet
- Submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to Director
- Quarterly GST Submission
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit, annual corporate tax and withholding tax submission, statutory filings and bank related matters.
- Liaising with suppliers on invoices and payments
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirement
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Familiar with Quickbook software and S Excel applications
- Has good attention to details, able to manage time and meet deadlines
