You will be required to:-
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Settlement Operations team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of settlements
- Supervise the processing function for Treasury and Wealth Management Products to guarantee smooth operations.
- Ensure that all required documents are in order, and the necessary processes are followed meticulously.
- Manage the processing of payments using SWIFT, adhering to established protocols and industry standards.
- Handle the processes and documentation of Nostro and Vostro accounts
- Periodically review the workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and reducing operational risks
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimally 10 years of settlement operation experience within the banking industry
- Knowledge of Treasury and Wealth management products
- Good understanding in the Euroclear process and DTCC Reporting is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
