Salary: Up to $ 5,475 per month
What you will be working on?
The Contact Centre Support Manager will oversee collaboration with the selected contact centre vendor to ensure a seamless transition to a digital contact centre. The responsibilities of the Contact Centre Support Manager include:
- Monitoring project milestones and facilitating the completion of tasks to meet timelines.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs are met.
- Monitoring the performance of the contact centre vendor from the contract effective date and identifying areas for the vendor to address for improvement.
- Ensuring that the vendor delivers in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Coordinating and providing support to project stakeholders for technology implementation (e.g., Salesforce, Talkbot, Email Bot, Knowledge Management System) for the Contact Centre.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects or change processes in an operational setting.
- Possesses strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent process and system skills.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with new digital tools and technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and communicate with clarity and logic.
