If you are looking to expand your career as a manufacturing management professional, Emerson has an excellent opportunity for you! We are seeking a manufacturing supervisor who can facilitate optimizing processes for warehouse operations and productivity improvements through initiatives.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Oversee warehousing operations to fulfill customer orders on time.
· Streamline processes from Receiving to Shipping to reduce waste and lead time.
· Accountable for inventory accuracy in raw material, WIP, and Finished goods.
· Drive productivity and speed improvement for material flow processes through digitalization and automation initiatives.
· Backup for production supervisors to execute timely completion of work orders.
· Responsible for maintaining high safety and 5S standards.
· Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involved in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or/and warehousing companies.
· Team player who can collaborate with other functional teams to drive results and meet business goals.
· A person with good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Able to work on 2nd Shift (3.30pm to 12am).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Knowledge of Lean, SPC tools or Oracle business system will be an advantage.
