Responsibilities:
- Formulate Go-to-Market strategy for Robotics BU in collaboration with management.
- Conduct market research, providing insights on features and improvements.
- Prepare marketing tools, including presentations, success cases, videos, and demos.
- Manage events such as seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and road shows with country teams and Brand & Communication.
- Develop marketing collateral aligned with industry strategy.
- Execute digital marketing activities, including campaigns, integrated communications, and website updates.
- Write copy for various marketing materials, such as brochures, press releases, LinkedIn articles, and success stories.
- Manage product launches, end-of-life communications, and demo kits for exhibitions and partners.
- Handle price management at regional and country levels, including special price requests to Japan.
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 admin and marketing members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of product manager experience on the job preferably robotics/automation multinational company experience
Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Robotics & Automation/Electronics/Mechatronics. MBA (Marketing Management/Digital Marketing/Business Administration) will be added advantage
- Industrial Robot knowledge and experience will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication, commercial skills, People skills & Team working culture.
- Project Management; Able to relate & close working with various internal, external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
