Admin Assistant

Role & Responsibilities :

- assist Servicing Manager to organise and prepare servicing daily schedule for the servicing teams.

- sorting of paperworks, e.g job sheets, servicing reports, DO, PO, quotations and etc

- prepare quotations to clients

- must have good filing management

- able to work independently

- must have microsoft word, excel skills

Our office is situated at Kaki Bukit area. (about 500m away from Kaki Bukit MRT station). 5 days work basis. With or without experience are welcomed.

Expected Salary : range between $2,000 to $2,200

Contract employment for 1 year, may convert to permanent if the performance is satisfactory and subject to company performance.
