Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations, including performing front-of-house duties, customer relations, and people management.
- Undergo extensive training to develop skills across non-supervisory and supervisory roles, understanding both operational and management aspects of the business.
- Aim to complete all training and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform independently, progressing up to Assistant Manager.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring performance and service quality.
- Assist in the hiring process, identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Job Specifications:
