Ladon Capital is currently expanding it’s Singaporean operations and seeking an entrepreneurial, outgoing and resourceful Business Development Director / Manager to join our team. The Business Development Director / Manager will play a vital role to expand the fund management business of Ladon.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Business Development:
- Possess solid business development skills and investors network (high net worth accredited investors, family offices or institutional investors) with AUM of at least SGD30mio in the first year.
2) Client Service:
- Acts as the main point of contact for fund management product investors and provide a high level of consultative client service.
- Builds and deepens client relationship by proactively monitoring client’s portfolio.
3) Compliance:
- Ensures all documentation is up to date, complete and in compliance with all policies, regulations, laws and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fund policies.
4) Ad Hoc Projects:
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the broader objectives of the firm.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Requires 5-10 years minimum prior relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of investment products and services for the high net worth / family offices and institutional market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak, read and write Chinese preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
