Kooks Creamery an F&B desserts cafe that sells an array of artisanal ice cream, lava cookies; our star product and other baked goods. We aim to create simple yet delectable desserts to our customers of all ages. Through our brand, we hope to always bring out an element of surprise in our everyday creations
Job Descriptions
Are you are an ice cream enthusiast who simply loves ice cream as much as us? We are in a lookout for someone who has a great personality and someone who is a team player, dynamic and who is able to oversee the daily operations of the shop floor.
Below would be the job description (but not limited to):
- Responsible for the supervision, coaching, on-boarding and monitoring performance of service crew
- In charge of service staff work roster and planning across outlets
- Enforce standard operating procedures
- Manage the cafes to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness
- Handle all outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to senior management on time
- Motivates and directs team members to do what it takes to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service and maintain morale amongst the staff in outlets
- Conduct weekly inventory stock check
- Proficient in daily operation tasks
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Driven and passionate about work and a team player
- Relevant working experience in similar roles in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Work on sales targets and aim to achieve company's KPI
