Strategically located in Singapore, the company offers optimal ocean and air freight services to all ports in Asia and most ports in other regions of the world. The company provides their one-stop freight solutions from cargo logistics, customs clearance, to warehousing.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative and HR operations task assigned
- Application, renew and cancellation of work passes.
- Prepare time sheet, review, and verify workers' time sheet.
- Process payroll.
- Maintain of employee data including create Personal files.
- Submission of IR8A/IR21.
- Assist hiring in selection of candidates with right competencies, experience and culture fit.
- Assist on boarding managers to enhance effectiveness of orientation, induction and assimilation programs.
- Ad-hoc duties the assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Admin, Business or any equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Independent, good communication, good organisational skills, and with multi-tasking abilities.
