Job Type: Permanent- Full Time
- 5 days work week ( Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm)
- 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month
- 14 days annual leave + 14 days medical
• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work to the department.
• In charge of filing, data entry and administrative duties
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Maintain and update employees' records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc
• Provide support to ensure effective information flow and communication among various internal and external stakeholders.
• Outreach to vendors for business procurement related matters
• Assist with payroll and collection.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• A 1 - 2 years relevant office support / business operations / administrative / HR experience
• IT savvy and good in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with various departments
