- Project leader (project architect) for any project within the APMO regional range
- Is the guardian of the project management process
- Technical assistance for affiliates:
- Continual coordination with the Technical Teams (Affiliates, OneTech, OneHSE) on Company technical standards and guidelines. Guide and follow up on affiliates’ compliance process
- Provide a day to day technical hotline and assistance to affiliates,
- Take part to strategic development project and, doing so, provide assistance to the Business Development teams in potential acquisitions and divestments
- Provide Support in regional tenders for selected equipment for the affiliates or zonal requirement
- Conduct regular technical inspections of the affiliates' operating sites including 3rd party leased sites
- Is the expert in term of construction international codes as well as all Company specification, Guidelines and Manuals, Company rules and Directives.
- Maintain a regional pool of consultants (engineering consultant and construction contractors for specialized projects)
- Animation or routine coordination with different technical teams in the region to exchange best practices, share resources and to organize trainings based on needs identified
- Deploy cross-functional projects (tools, new process, contracts implementation…) across the region
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in the discipline of engineering
- 5 to 8 years of solid working experience in engineering & construction of downstream oil industry (Fuel/LPG depots).
- Proficient in CAD, MS project. Proficiency in other more complex engineering tools will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicable codes/guides from API, NFPA, ISGOTT, ISGNTT, OCIMF, AMSE, El, and JIG is a must.
- Good sense of business, analytical mind set, attention to details.
