We are searching for Project Lead to be part of our diverse team here in Glamco. Our Project Leads are a key component of our operations and will support our growing business needs. Responsible for the project and system maintenance life cycle, the selected candidate will ensure superior satisfaction and delivery of our projects to the customer from pre-sales to maintenance and ensure delivery is on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Program / Project Manager, the Project Lead will be using their expertise and experience to support both internal Glamco and external Customer projects for our Singapore commercial program. Specific responsibilities but not limited to the following includes:
· Manage the project and system maintenance lifecycle from Proposal development to Project Kickoff to Initial Design to Development and Testing to Customer Acceptance Testing and to System Maintenance Program
· Working with the Business Development Team in determining the project scope of work
· Lead, plan, execute, and commission projects according to scope, schedule and within budget including managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
· Understand the project scope and manage the project progress, budget, cost, resources, schedule and deliverables
· Ensure adherence to project scope and requirements.
· Develop project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
· Undertake project status review meetings among project team members and clients.
· Coach and advise team members to accomplish project goals/deliverables, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
· Perform additional functions such as system engineering, software testing, procurement, creation of product manuals and project documentation
· Loading of order for hardware/software with Distributors and Partners
· Develop project kickoff slides – SOW, times, organizational charts, risks, stakeholders etc.
· Initiate team meetings
· Integrate all stakeholders for workshops, meetings, discussions with the purpose of moving the project forward
· Facilitate project closure and lessons learned
· Accountable to the Director and/or key stake holders for the delivery of project.
· Guide and collaborate with a team of qualified technical staff in the provision of after-sales support and maintenance program including overseeing incidents related to the Technical Team
· Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines
· Research new technologies and solution in support of the programs
· Any other technical or operations related duties that may be required
Requirements
· Preferably a degree in IT equivalent qualifications or Electrical & Electronic engineering with experience in the SI industry
· Minimum of 2 years working experience in the project management related role handling OT and/or IT systems
· Knowledge or experience with Radar or Radio Frequencies (RF) related products is plus point
· Knowledge or experience in networking, firewall, IT systems is a plus point
· CAPM and above is preferred
· Excellent English and Mandarin interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are required
· Hardware, software and technical aptitude
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Show initiative, self-discipline, excellent judgment, career aspirations for increased role and responsibilities, a demonstrated willingness to work as a team with the ability to work independently
· Willing to learn new technologies and work under pressure
· Willing to work on weekends and overtime
· Willing to travel overseas to support overseas requirements
· Must possess Class 3 driving license
