Product Specialist – CRM

As part of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, you’ll work closely with the broader team to ensure the growth and ongoing success of the business by developing procedural and clinical product knowledge to support, advise, and train medical and nursing professionals to achieve optimal outcome for their patients. In this role, you will build strong relationships with your customers while meeting revenue targets. The Key Job Responsibilities Are:

  • Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Visit existing and potential customers of Transmedic on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote Transmedic products and services.
  • Plan and develop the market for existing and new products according to business unit goals and objectives, through execution, while optimizing available tools (consignment, etc).
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating rooms.
  • Establish business relationships with hospital management, the purchasing department, and hospital staff.
  • Gather and analyze medical device industry and business feedback, and forward market analysis reports to the management and relevant parties on monthly and yearly basis.
  • Tackle routine issues and participate in project teams upon request.


Skills & Experience:

  • Possess a tertiary education in a related medical field such as Cardiac Technology, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry and/or in a clinical environment. Experience in CRM and/or Electrophysiology (EP) sales is preferred.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication and relationship skills.
  • Able to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including tradeshows, conferences, market research, advisory boards, and field interactions.
  • Enjoy prospecting for new business and closing the sale.
  • Able to attend cases and provide support in the operating theatres
  • Is self-motivated, and enjoy teamwork.
