• Fulfil as a solutions provider for managed and unified communications solutions for corporate and SMB offices
• To grow and build a successful long-term relationship with the client by meeting and determining their business requirements.
• Good understanding of the Alcatel-Lucent/ Sangoma suite of UC products.
• Manage and grow individual sales pipeline.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Review and monitor own sales performance for gap closure to meet and/or exceed targets.
• Attend to customer requirements and deliver the appropriate solutions.
• Provide consultation and after-sales solutions to customers.
