- To supervise 15 to 20 jobsites. Each project varies from 1 to 4 headcount
- Ensure that the cleaners have carried out their duties according to the contracts
- Class 3 licence: To transport float team workers
- To train all new workers and existing workers about the correct method of cleaning
- To plan and redeploy workers especially when a cleaner goes on leave or is absent
- To deliver the cleaning materials and equipment to the jobsites upon request by the cleaners monthly
- To replenish the stocks at the various job sites that are under your care
- To prepare daily and periodic work schedules of individual jobsites for them to carry out their daily duties
- To prepare for commencement of new project. Ensure that everything is ready 2 days before project starts
- To record attendance and job completion forms
- To attend weekly meetings in the office
