Job Description:
- Work with Regional and Local teams to deliver quality and secure IT services that meet local business needs and regulations.
- Communicate regularly to promote the technology department and its services.
- Lead local IT teams to function as a single, high-performing unit.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage cost-effective IT services.
- Track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate key initiatives between Regional and Local teams.
- Implement Problem and Incident Management processes.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and procedures.
- Promote operational excellence across IT operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Over 8 years of IT experience, with 3 years in regional IT client services management.
- Experience leading diverse IT teams.
- Knowledge of IT governance, project management, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with IT technical aspects and certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft).
- Flexible to travel up to 25-30% of the time
