Notification of Patch management changes for the user to the various PM and request for the update.. - E.g. Track all Critical, Minor Patch changes and track
- Updating of user department fields and coordination of update on asset fields for Non-WOG accounts.
- Maintain the Account rights matrix for the users and staff
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
