Our Singapore team, based in Raffles Place, plays a key regional role to support other countries in business and product development, while serving over 25 insurers locally including the Asia head offices of global insurance companies. The SG team aspires to support Southeast Asia’s drive towards digitization and Insurtech.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Takes charge of full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting, presentation/demonstration of product, negotiation to closing.
2. 80% Farmer, 20% Hunter – with an extensive customer base in Singapore, the role requires long-term relationship building and customer engagement skills, in order to discover customer needs and identify the right solutions for them.
3. Masters our software / AI products and their use cases, and performs effective technical demos to customers and users.
4. Supports post-sales project success by working closely with stakeholders and implementation team to coordinate resources and resolve roadblocks.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
(i) Academic Qualification and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or IT/Engineering related discipline
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in insurance or tech/IT industry is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates passionate about technology are welcome to apply
(ii) Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies
- Team Player who prefers a flat and collaborative culture with no politics
- Self-motivated and proactive; enjoys autonomy to plan and drive own work
- Excellent verbal / written communication and storytelling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, good at building relationships
- Professional selling and presentation skills
- IT-savvy, and is comfortable to learn technically complex enterprise software
- Prefers a stable fixed salary base with low commission component
(iii) Singapore-based role, open to Singaporean and PR only
