About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic and innovative Professional Services company committed to delivering excellence in their products and services. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional FP&A Manager to join the Regional HQ in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, providing meaningful insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to stakeholders, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to regional leaders, fostering strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational improvements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial results and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) preferred.
  • At least 4 years of financial planning and analysis, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
