Job Description
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze and interpret financial data, providing meaningful insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to stakeholders, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Act as a strategic business partner to regional leaders, fostering strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational improvements.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial results and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) preferred.
- At least 4 years of financial planning and analysis, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
