Business Development Manager Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to plan and implement our fruits sourcing from Taiwan and our sales market expansion strategies aggressively.
The business development manager is to achieve sustainable financial growth through improvement in sourcing from Taiwan and boosting sales through forging strong relationships with clients.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
Business Development Manager Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- Taiwan traditional chinese language writing and reading skills.
- Proven past sales records in any field.
- Expert in Microsoft office software or equivalent.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing plans generation.
