Job Title: Supply Chain Executive
Job Description & Requirements:
We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our Supply Chain Team. It will be a 5.5-day work week with an alternate Saturday off.
· To generate invoices using SAP Business Solutions.
· To handle customer queries and order processing
· To communicate with customers & our in-house sales team on their orders & enquiries.
· To handle key customer accounts and manage their orders & payments.
· To liaise with warehouse on deliveries to customers.
· To prepare quotations to customers.
· To perform admin duties such as scanning/filing of invoices to company’s database.
Qualification
· Education Minimum GCE O Levels.
· Prior SAP experience will be an advantage.
· Strong oral and written English communication skills. Fluency in Tamil/Hindi will be an added advantage.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Gross Salary: Salary Negotiable
Entitlements: Annual leave, AWS, Attendance allowance, etc.
