Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management and co-ordinate with in-house developer, vendor, customer and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet project scope, budget and schedule with proper project plan
- Translate requirement from business unit to applications
- Analyze user's requirements, feasibility, cost, time and resources required, compatibility with current systems, potential problem area and recommending solutions for projects
- Responsible for the maintenance of application changes request
- Provide application support, including but not limited to conducting training to users, application server maintenance, data analysis
- Responsible for creation of all system documentations, and to ensure that they are kept up to date.
- Work closely with external vendors and internal uses in the development/support of the new system
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or relatable working experience in IT field
- At least 4+ years of working experience in participation of business application development, technical and business analysis
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Application/Software design, development, integration, testing experience
- Facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated success at building teams and relationships with key stake holder in a project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills and attentive to details
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Liaising work and vendor/client management
