EXECUTIVE, GRANTS & SCHEMES ADMINISTRATION

About the role
To process applications for and disbursement of claims/grants/schemes that are administered by AAIS.
Key responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Processing applications for funding/grants/schemes based on set guidelines and criteria
- Administering award letters based on approved funding/grant/scheme conditions
- Verifying and processing claims in compliance with guidelines and conditions stipulated in the award letters
- Communicating funding/grant criteria/requirements and breakdowns to stakeholders
- Liaising with the funding agencies for any matter/issue that requires attention/ approval/acknowledgement from the funding agencies
- Ensuring service delivery in accordance with service level standards
- Maintaining proper records of applications and claims, adhering to system processes and ensuring accurate data inputs in system.
- Updating SOPs, assisting in grant audit and PDPA compliance & management
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)
To meet the requirements of this role, you should have/be:
- A Degree or Diploma (preferably in accounting/finance) with at least one year of relevant work experience
- Good organisation skills, analytical, meticulous and preferably with accounting and/or grant claim processing experience
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous and tenacious
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management
