Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Family Therapy (FFT) / Functional Therapy – Case Management (FFT-CM) casework and counselling for Youths and families placed on Pre-FGO intervention.
- Must be willing to take on other YSC projects – including ISP and other aspects of FGO work.
- To take charge of other administrative duties and ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in working with youth and family will be preferred
- Counselling skills and knowledge of the social service landscape
- Relentless and resilience in youth and family work
- Strengths based in practice orientation
- Able to manage complex cases independently
- Adaptable and takes initiative
- Insightful and reflective
