- Promote and acquire new and existing customers by introducing banking facilities such as banking accounts, or investments to various consumer segment
- Build good relationships with customers & deliver a good client experience
- Good follow-up skills and ensuring customers' applications and documentation are completed for processing
- Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face-to-face or through telemarketing activities
Qualifications
- Local or foreign degree qualifications (Local diploma can be considered)
- Possess good interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Sales-oriented and self-motivated candidate to excel in sales targets and goals
- A team player with the ability to multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Computer literate, proficient with use of MS Office & Outlook
