Job Description
Managing a transaction process from term sheet until post completion, market research and analysis. Coordinating with various teams internally and externally regarding any acquisition or sale transaction, project management of an acquisition or sale transaction, development of a project, market research and analysis.
Job Requirements
- To coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on any acquisition or sale transaction
- To track and monitor the due diligence process including ensuring the data room is complete
- To prepare reports for senior management regarding the development of the projects
- To support the development of all projects to ensure the start of construction
- To support market research and analysis including renewable energy policies of various countries
- To support in overseeing and coordinating all acquisition or sale transactions are completed on a timely basis
- To assist with the acquisition and negotiations of commercial offtake agreements with clients
- Ensuring day-to-day business activities are supported
- Experience in the renewable energy field, ideally
